Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 10 June 2016
The auction clearance rate for commercial properties
remained relatively steady over the week ending 10 June, at 57.1 per cent, up slightly from 56.6 per cent the previous week. There were 14 auctions reported over the week, compared to 53 the previous week and 38 at the same time last year. One year ago, across the 38 auctions, 57.9 per cent sold. Activity over the past four weeks shows that 209 commercial auction results have been reported with just over half (107) selling. Of the 107 sales, 86 have been reported with a sale price, representing just over $168.1 million in transactions.
