Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 23rd June 2017

The week ending June 23rd saw a total of 53 commercial auctions held across Australia, with a clearance rate of 69.2%. This is a stark increase on the number of auctions held in the previous week, when just 30 auctions were held with a clearance rate of 56.7%, suggesting continued buoyancy in the market.

Half of the sold auctions were in New South Wales, followed by 13 sold in Victoria. Of the cleared auctions, 16 strata offices were sold. Two office building were also sold, one in Greenacre and one in Caringbah, each of which sold for over $2 million.

There were 18 industrial type sales, 12 retail and 4 further sales across medical, hotel and leisure uses.
