Commercial auction results reported

Over the week ending 3 June, there were 20 commercial auction results reported with a preliminary clearance rate of 35.0 per cent, having fallen from 42.6 per cent the previous week across 54 results. In comparison, at the same time last year, 47 commercial results were reported with a higher success rate of 59.6 per cent. There were 215 auctions reported over the past four weeks, with 116 sales. Of these 116 sales, 95 have been reported with a sale price, representing $199.3 million in total value.
